How to get Started? 7 Essential Questions
1. WHAT do I WANT? to HAVE, BE, or DO.
Hint: Don’t hold back.YOU need to create the most “out there” list possible.
2. For the most IMPORTANT Goal, Why?
Hint: For WHY, YOU need the MOST Compelling reason YOU can think of.
3. WHAT STOPS YOU?
Do YOU even know? If you don’t that’s OK, YOU will.
Hint: That’s my job 🙂
4. WHAT DOES IT GIVE YOU?
What does the current status give YOU, that YOU WANT, and more important what YOU DON’T want. Hint: Even the most difficult situations gives you something YOU want.
5. WHAT WOULD IT BE LIKE?
What would YOUR EXPERIENCE be like if your THOUGHTS,EMOTIONS, BELIEFS, and ACTIONS aligned with what YOU REALLY WANT?
6.WHAT NEEDS to CHANGE?
This one is the most important. It requires complete honesty. I believe we know already within ourselves that one thing we most need to work on. We may have put it off, but it isn’t hard to find.
Hint:The good news is that changing that one thing, you know inside needs to be changed first, usually changes everything.
7. WHAT WOULD BE DIFFERENT?
What SPECIFIC THOUGHTS,EMOTIONS, BELIEFS, and ACTIONS would be different?
Hint: This is not how YOUR experience will be different, but how specifically each component will change. eg What different thoughts will I have?
